1. Introduce business and IP law attorneys to the basics of entertainment law.
2. Explain how entertainment law clients are very different consumers of legal services, compared with other clients.
3. Present several substantive areas of law that either have a different emphasis or different application in entertainment law.
4. Provide more analysis of one area of entertainment law as an example, regarding the use of entertainment IP in the workplace.
