Jessica V. Hensle

Jessica V. Hensle, Attorney

Jessica grew up working in her family’s machine shop, learning the ins and outs of manufacturing on the shop floor as well as the logistics in the front office. Combined with her passion for the law, Jessica’s upbringing has given her a lifelong perspective on how the law can be used to help others—especially those in the construction and manufacturing industries.

Jessica got her start at Hurtado Zimmerman while studying at Marquette Law School, working as a law clerk under the firm’s senior attorneys. There, she gained practical experience in multiple practice areas of the firm, including construction litigation, civil litigation, and contract drafting.

As an Associate Attorney at the firm, Jessica thrives in construction litigation, representing construction companies, interior designers, and contractors in matters including lien claims, business law, contract disputes, and theft by contractor claims. Jessica also enjoys drafting construction contracts to help protect her clients.

Jessica holds a Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Portland. She is a member in good standing of the Wisconsin Bar Association and the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law.

Jessica lives in Milwaukee with her husband and their beloved cat, Cosimo. She is an avid soccer fan and prefers pickles over any other food.
